This summer, our Foundation, in partnership with project sponsor Fundacja ORLEN Dla Pomorza, launched an initiative for children and youth built on two pillars: social education and athletic engagement.
The first phase focused on fostering inclusive, supportive attitudes toward children with physical and social challenges. We are dedicated to reinforcing positive social values, believing that peer acceptance is key to developing self-confidence and self-worth.
The second phase focused on active athletic participation. Under this pillar, we organized day camps and residential summer camps for youth from social welfare centers, children's homes, and care and educational institutions.
Held across the Pomeranian region, these camps provided participants with access to clean air, coastal forests, and the sea. We prioritized group outdoor activities to give young participants a healthy break from screens and mobile devices.
Campers participated in a wide range of activities, including soccer, running, volleyball, bowling, arts and crafts, and interactive team games.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our project sponsor and everyone involved in making this initiative possible. We are proud to once again create a safe environment where children can build independence, build lasting friendships, and explore new sports.
